Orders and production
When is my order produced?
All pieces are made especially for you. Once payment is confirmed, production usually takes 2 to 5 business days.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at templariosmodernos@outlook.com. If the order has not yet gone into production, we will do our best to change it.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
The total time (production + shipping) is approximately 5 to 15 business days for Portugal and the European Union, and 7 to 25 business days for other destinations.
Will I receive a tracking code?
Yes. When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking. It may take up to 48 hours for the first updates to appear.
I ordered several items and only received some of them. Is that normal?
Yes. Some products are made in different production centers and may arrive in separate packages and on different dates, at no extra cost to you.
How much does shipping cost?
The cost is calculated at checkout, based on the destination and the products. Whenever free shipping applies, it is shown in the store or at checkout.
Sizes and care
How do I choose the right size?
Check our Size Guide and the size note on each product page. Some models (such as premium hoodies and sweatshirts) run small — in those cases we clearly state that you should choose one size up.
How should I wash my items?
Wash inside out at 30 °C, don’t use bleach or a tumble dryer, and don’t iron over the print or embroidery. That way your pieces stay like new for much longer.
Exchanges, returns and refunds
Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 30 days after delivery to request a return, as long as the item is in perfect condition and unworn. In the European Union you also have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. See our Refund Policy.
My item arrived defective or damaged. What should I do?
Send us your order number and photos of the product and packaging at templariosmodernos@outlook.com. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we approve the return, the refund is made to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Payment and security
Is payment secure?
Yes. Checkout is processed by Shopify over an encrypted connection. We never have access to your card details.
